To whom it may concern:
I have upgraded the firmware on my router to 2.7.3.23 in order to fix the issue with Attached Devices. Upon updating the router (satellite upgrade went fine), I can no longer use orbilogin.com or 10.0.0.1 to log in to the router. I continually get ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT when trying to access either site.
192.168.1.1 is the address for my modem, and connecting to it works fine.
So, what can I do to resolve this issue?

I figured out the problem. My laptop, which is connected via WiFi, was connected to my Guest Network, not the Main Network. I reconnected to the Main Network, and it allowed me to connect to orbilogin.com.
Problem solved.

Re: RBR50 - Cannot log in to 10.0.0.1 or orbilogin.com after firmware upgrade
Are you wired to the router, or using WiFi?
If wireded, can you ping the router? (open a command window and type ping 10.0.0.1)

WiFi. Not wired. I'll try it from a wired PC.

The wired PC could ping both orbilogin.com and 10.0.0.1.

And a web browser on the wired PC can access the Orbi web interface?
I neglected to ask if "everything else" works on the WiFi computer (email, web browsing to internet sites)
If not, it might be worth "forgetting" the Orbi WiFi, then reconnecting.
Might not hurt to clear the browser cach as well.
