Not sure what was going on, but I Power cycled everything, and that did the trick.
What was going on was that your devices were connecting in the wrong order and getting confused.
In future, be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.

Re: RBR50 No Internet
Connecting to the internet does not require a firmware update. Depending on which firmware is installed on the Orbi, there may reasons to update firmware, but "connecting" is not one of them.
Perhaps a little more information will help clarify the situation.
- The Orbi was working previously, and nothing has changed?
- The general recommendation is to do this:
Power off the Orbi and the ISP modem.
Ensure that the ethernet cable goes from the Orbi yellow (WAN) port to the modem.
Power on the modem and wait 2-3 minutes until it stabilizes. (Yes, computers are not speedy.)
Power on the Orbi and observe the "ring lights" at the top in the context of these instructions:
