What firmware is on the router? And on the satellites?
What modem/gateway is it connected to?
Have you tried a factory reset and reinstall? Make sure to leave: access control, traffic monitoring, parental controls, qos, all disabled during the reinstall.
Are you testing hardwired into the router?

So both the router and sattleite are on V2.5.1.16
I left the gateway IP address just be setup automatically by the device, haven't tried changing it to anything in particular.I haven't factory reset, no, but I did have to setup it up again after plugging out my ISP stock router.
I've tested both wireless and wired connection into the modem, doesn't seem to make a difference. Only ever really getting 150mb download
I think I will have to try a factory reset and setup my router and sattleite again
P.S. Probably a dumb question, but what's qos?- plemansSep 09, 2020Guru - Experienced User
A couple things.
1. QoS: quality of service. basically bandwidth managment
2. You put in one of the prior statements that "it has wifi 6". The RBR50 series doesn't. The RBR850/750 is wifi 6. But not the original orbis. Just to clarify, which do you have?
3. What modem/gateway are you connecting the orbi to? Thats kind of key as if its a combo device, it could have its own qos/settings causing issues.

I or someone else may have asked, but admittedly too lazy to read back, LOL.
Is your network cable connected to the Orbi router at least Cat5e (NOT cat5)?
