RBR50 Second hand purchased, how to register

Hi just purchased an Orbi RBR50 with satelite second hand. I have tried to register but it says the product already registed. I have sent an email but no reply as yet. I was hopping someone inthe community would be able to help me. Maybe I don't need to register to use the system? Any help would be great. Many thanks.

I've seen theres alot of people with the same issue as myself. Does anyone have an answer and can I just use my router and satelite units without registering them?

Yes you can use the system with out registering the system. Just walk thru the setup wizard or you can configure the system manually your self. Use the installation guide and user manuals for more help and information.

Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. 

Be sure to do a back up configuration to file for safe keeping on the RBR. Saves time if a reset is need.
