I have RBR50 with three RBS50 satellites setups. I am planning to add a fourth RBS50 satellite to the system. Is the RBR50 router can handle it? Please advise.

Others have reported having 6 RBSs.
30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router

Yes, as @FURRYe38 commented, others have reported having as many as six satellites on a single Orbi router.
I remember seeing a note from one of those folks that the "Add a satellite" web page has space for only three satellites, so his practice was to temporarily power off one of the existing satellites in order to open up a space on the web page. He then sync'd the new satellite and powered up the one that had been turned off. The next time, I believe he powered off two satellites to make space to add one.... and so on. If you run into problems, it might be time to search the forum (although I'm not exactly sure what search term to use, and my "Orbi notes" do not contain the name of the user who posted.)
Would dearly love to verify my memory. Alas, I have only one satellite.
