RBR50 - flashing & pulsing white light / no wifi / cannot factory reset / tftp flash no help

Problem solved - after the service technician installed the new cable modem, an incorrect Netgear power supply was plugged into the Orbi RBR50. The one that was plugged in was for my Netgear switch and only output 0.5A, whereas the Orbi power supply outputs 2A. Once this was corrected, the router booted up and worked.
Seems like if you have done al lthat and the RBR doesnt' work right after that, the RBR is bad and needs to be replaced.

Nice find. Glad that was all. I would mark the power supplies with a pen marker so you know.
