RBR50 wifi not working on random devices while others are fine?

I have Verizon Fios running straight to an Orbi RBR50 with two satellites. All of a sudden I have TV's not getting internet even though signal is extremely strong, SSID is showing on the screen, and a TV in the other room is working perfectly. Its weird because my phone randomly started doing it as well, shows great signal and connected but internet will not work work while simultaneously a bunch of other devices are unaffected. I reset the Fios box and reset the Orbi but I cannot seem to figure out the issue. I don't know if I need to completely reset the router or why this is all of a sudden an issue. Any help would be much appreciated.

What fios box is it connected to? 

Reason i ask is they tend to be modem/router combo devices and it causes a double nat if not setup properly. 

A double nat happens when you cascade more than 1 router.

Fixes? There’s 3 options but only use 1.
1. Put the modem/gateway in modem only/pass through mode. This disables its routing functions.
2. Leave the modem/gateway in router mode but put the Netgears IP address into its DMZ. This forwards the data to the netgear. You can either leave the modem/gateway’s wireless enabled or disabled. Just make sure its using a different wifi channel to prevent interference
3. Put the Netgear into access point mode. This disables its routing functions. Wifi/ethernet still works but it does disable some features.

I have the net gear setup as both the modem and router. I have cat5 run from the plug in box from the street direct to the Orbi.

The bizzare thing is right now I am in the house some things are working no issue and some are not.

This TV worked until recently?

The SSID is "showing on the screen", and after entering the correct password the TV shows as "connected".

Does the Orbi show this TV as connected?

Can you describe the wording of the error message?
