Hi all,

 

My default Orbi admin and password which comes along with the product is not working. When i tried to reset the password it come with two security questions which i didn't do before. Someone please provide solution to reset my admin password. I have no idea why the default admin password not working.

    The default credentials are indeed    admin   password    nothing specifically supplied. The SSID/Network Name and the Security key printed on the product label is to allow the inital connection from a wireless device, not for the device login.

     

    Factory new device, or second hand/refurbished?

    Of course the password recovery can't work if it was not configured before.
