RBR50v2 Not able to run IOS Orbi and reset Route admin password

2 issues.

1. I updated IOS ORBI app couple days ago.  Then i try go to Orbi App to review my popup message.  It automatic jumps to Route Admin & password page.  i used defaulted and didnt work.  I tried reinstall IOS app, it jumps to Route admin & password page again.  I couldnt access the # of devices, or view block general page at all when connected at home.

2. so i go to http://orbilogin.com/ to reset my admin password using a LAN Desktop.  When i go in here, it shows the commerical of Circle Disney so i click "X" and then error.  When i click enable, it keep loading.  So it never show me the login / pw page to login nor reset.

i am sure it's a bug on netgear.. if you click this site, you will see what i mean.  I called supported, spend 30mins and told me another number and that number is wrong and never works. I am stuck now.

i guess it's a bug on IOS app and also on netgear webpage.

Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in until the top led turns on AMBER then let go. Power OFF the ISP modem for 30 seconds than back on. Wait for the WHITE led to slowly pulsate on top of the RBR, then log in to orbilogin.com using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on.
