RBR50v2- not showing up as a network

My orbi modem RBR50v2 stopped showing up as a network to connect to. After trying to trouble shoot I did a factory reset and still after resetting it says "unable to connect to orbit network" to go to setting and connect. But it is not showing up as one of the network to connect to.

 

Thank you, for any help that can be provided.

Use a wired PC and web browser setup the RBR "router" from scratch. 

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
