RBS 10 corrupted firmware
I just bought an Orbi Whole Home AC1200 Mesh WiFi System (Models: Orbi Router Model RBR10,Orbi Satellite Model RBS10).
I installed the system but during the update process one the two saletites (ie. RBS10) ended up with a corrupted firmware (the light blinks red).
I read some previous posts and seems that the solution is to manuay install the firmware, using tftp to the satelite. But in order to do that you need to connect to the satelite using an ethernet interface. Unfortunatelly the RBS10 does not have such an interface. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

Re: RBS 10 corrupted firmware
I would make contact with NG support.

Or return the system and get another.
