The Orbi RBS50Y has two modes: Extender, which will connect to any WiFi router, including the 750 series, and Satellite, which connects as a satellite only to the original Orbi ac models. Netgear has not announced any outdoor rated models compatible with the AX products. What many user do is place a compatible satellite inside a weatherproof enclosure, for example an RBS750
