RBS50v2 and RBS50 Satellites together in one Network with RBR50 Router...

When a "package" is purchased (one RBR50 router and one RBS50 satellite), they have already been paired at the factory, so there is no need to sync them. When a satellite is purchased separately, it does need to be paired. (sync)
Alas, I have never configured an Orbi or added a satellite using the "app". Do you have a computer of some kind that can be connected to the RBR50 router with an ethernet cable?
