RBW30 satellite LED light flashing white

My satellite has been flashing white for about an hour.  I am still able to access internet with my phone.  Is the satellite rebooting?

    how far away is it from the router?

        seems like it may be hung up.  I would power if off, wait 10-15 secs and try again.

         

        My experience is about 20-30 feet with NO ethernet cable.
