What FW is on the RBS and RBR? Should be same version of FW on both.
Updated RBS first then RBS lastly?
Try a factory reset and the RBS and RBR and set up from scratch:
30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

The subject line mentions updating firmware. Orbi routers appear to be sensitive to the sequence of firmware update.
(If the router and satellite are on different versions, they may not communicate. Personally, I think this is insane, but that is certainly what appears to be the cast. That is why the recommended practice is to update satellites first and update the router after all satellites have been updated.)
