Red flashing power led on rbr50 orbi

My Orbi has a flashing red power led. How do I resolve this?

What led to the flashing red power light?

Have you tried a factory reset?

Had no internet WiFi connection to my devices. Looked At the back of the Orbi And saw the flashing red LED by the power button. Turned off the power and return power had a greenlight two minutes later it went to a flashing red. After doing this a couple of times I did a reset using a paper clip are in the factory reset opening. I still have the same problem.
