Satellite Disconnecting from router

I'm tired... The satellite keeps disconnecting from the router. I don't know what to say except that I'm really disheartened to spend so much money for something and have it work,not work,work,not work.

 

Imagine if you bought a car and had it stop every few miles and you're forced to wait for it to restart! Of course, this isn't nearly as complicated as a car.

 

I think I'll give it another day then return it. I'm beyond the fee-free return period at Best Buy, so it'll cost 15%, but it seems the Orbi just isn't ready.
