Today I upgraded to Orbi firmware 2.5.0.38. The router and one satellite came back up fine. 2nd satellite would not power on now. I have tried resetting, removing power etc., bout no lights, seems complete dead. Any suggestions please.
Thanks

Check the power adapter that plugs into the RBS.
Swap power adapters with the one that works for the other RBS.

Re: Satellite RBR50 dead after firmware upgrade 2.5.0.38
Does it do anything? Is the power light on the back lit up?
If so you could try using tftp to do so.
Here's a thread that talks about recoving it with tftp.

And the tftp utility instructions
https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP
just make sure you enable tftp from within windows.
