Slow upload speeds ORBI WAP

Have modem>x6 router>orbi as WAP>orbi satellites (2)

My wifi upload speed on Spectrum Internet has been 11 to 12 during the day but in the evening drops to 0.9 to 1.0 overnight. I rebooted modem routers and updates firmware.
Causes my ring cams to fail to load. Can't figure out why the upload is dropping so significantly.

Have you tested directly from the modem when the drop happens?
