The distance between the two (2) units is about 30 feet. I tried moving the satellite closer just for testing and same result. I see the satellite has wired and wireless connections to it so it’s so odd that it has the magenta solid ring.

Well if the RBS seems to be working otherwise, I guess keep using it. Might contact NG support about it and see if they can help with the light...
