Static ip
I have the RBR50 and RBR50S and I Ethernet from the satellite to my PS4 but I keep getting lan cable disconnected which I have read is an issue with the PS4, most suggestions are to give the PS4 a static ip on the router but I can’t seem to find out how to do this on Orbi any suggestions please?

Re: Static ip
Static IP addressing is set ON devices.
Reserved IP addressing is set ON the router.
You can set a IP address reservation for the PS on the RBRs web page under Advanced Tab/Setup/LAN Setup.
Have the PS connected and ON and it will appear in the ADD IP address reservation list. Select this device, edit the device name, then select ADD then APPLY. The RBR will reboot.
30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).
