Tech Support
This has to be the most difficult site I've found. I have an RBK 50 Orbi. I paid for unlimited support. Now I cannot find a way to contact support. How do I contact them? I'd be good with a chat but a phone number would work too. TIA

Surely you got some sort of "paperwork" with the purchase? Like an email confirmation?
You are correct that the Netgear community forums are where customers discuss their Netgear products. As far as I know, Netgear employees do not participate in the community forums.
I would have thought that the purchase would give you a customer number of some sort for when you contact them.
Netgear offers support through an subsidiary called GearHead http://gearhead.netgear.com/ This appears to be similar to Best Buy's Geek Squad: Pay one fee and call them about any technology issue.
Netgear also sells extended warranty and extended support contracts called ProSupport:
Caveat: I have not purchased either type of support and thus have no experience with "how it works."

Re: Tech Support
Yes. I received an email with this info. I had forgotten about it when I made this post. I thought that I could just sign in to the system and select support. I was wrong.
