Unable to access my home battery's IP address (172.16.XXX.YY)
Hi, I have two Sonnenbatteries. I used to be able to access the configuration/admin website by going to an IP address 172.16.XXX.YY. I have changed my Orbi (RBR50 and two RBS50 satellites) settings ...

I'm just very confused. The picture seems to show three white Ethernet cables plugged into the switch plus one black cable that looks a lot like a power supply. The cables going into the Hive Hub are one white power supply cable, one white Ethernet cable, and one black cable going into the USB port.
The Hive web site is not particularly helpful in describing the purpose of the Hive Nano 2.5 USB port. Posts on the community seem to hint that it might be for
- Some future use?
- Perhaps a method of powering the Hub?
There's no chance that both the Hive Hub and this switch are connected to the home network?
So far everything I read about Hive is that the Hub uses Zigbee wireless to communicate with Hive devices, not Ethernet.

Hi, so in the attached photo, 2 and 3 are the inputs from the solar batteries into the mini switch. 1 is the output that then connects into the USB on the Hive via the little black device just next to the switch. 4 then connects to my main switch/mesh.

Thanks for the bigger picture and explanation. (In the first picture, I did not recognize the USB to Ethernet adapter.) The Sonnen batteries communicate with Ethernet (rather than Zigbee), so I am wondering about why they are connected to the Hive Hub. Is that because there was already one Ethernet cable connecting the Hive Hub to the network and it this method eliminated the need to run another cable?
Is it correct to assume that the only device connected to the Technicolor device is the Orbi router's WAN port?
And that the rest of the network (switches, devices, etc.) are connect to the Orbi router?

Correct that the Technicolor is just connected to Orbi and everything else is connected to Orbi via my 16 port Switch.
