Unable to login to orbilogin.com
I am unable to login to orbilogin.com or 192.168.1.1. I get an error "
Looks like you’re not connected to your Orbi’s WiFi network. Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us. Try the following steps to get connected:
I have tried resetting to factory setup and setting up the device again. It connects the first time I setup. After that the same error.

Re: Unable to login to orbilogin.com
What modem are you running?
you can get errors like that if you've got a double nat going on. (2 routers on the same network both in router mode)

Re: Unable to login to orbilogin.com
I am using xfinity xfi model. Yes. The problem was the double NAT. The modem had changed the IP of ORBI. So I use that IP address, I am able to login. Is there way to change the default IP of orbi to that? I am using orbi in AP mode, so a lot of options are disabled.

Re: Unable to login to orbilogin.com
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop
