Use Router as Sat
I have Orbi router working well with 2 Sats and current firmware. Is there any way to use my left over (unused) router as an additional Sat?

simple answer os no , as the router cant work as a sat at this point in time

If you have the possibility to use a long LAN cable, one could use the spare Orbi router as an access point (AP) to extend the range.

but the spare router would stand alone and not be part of the other system and would prob interfer

I am currently using this set up:
--- satellite
Router
--- wired router as AP --- satellite
So far works great
