Using Orbi with CenturyLink without router
I have fiber with CenturyLink with a ONT provided by CenturyLink and one of their modem/router things. I want to get rid of it but I don't want to connect in AP mode or use it as a bridge because it'...
Ask the ISP if you can go directly from ONT to a different model router like the Orbi and if using PPPoE will work. Orbi needs a RJ45 DHCP IP address on the WAN port.
