Value of upgrading from AC3000 to AXE1000?
I currently have an AC3000 Orbi Mesh system with one Router (connected to ONT from Q Fiber, which has consistently shown an download AND upload speeds in the 950Mbps range ) located in the basement (see attached diagram), an Satellite (RBS50), that is connected to router via Ethernet-MoCA-Coax-MoCA-Ethernet on 2nd floor, and other satellite (RBW30) located on 2nd floor. I'm trying to look at option to get better coverage on 1st floor. One (cheapest) option is to just get another RBS50 - but will still have an WiFi 5 based system. Im debating if this is the right time to upgrade to the latest version (AXE11000 Orbi 960). And if I do, would i be able to use my current satellites as a way to extend the coverage area? Looking for opinion based on what others have experienced.
