Very low WIFI speed

Just upgraded my broiadband supplier and now have 145 download. I have checked this on the wired computer and this is true. I have checked it on the ORBI app and again this is true. But when I use a broadband speed checker on my phone in various rooms in the house, im getting download speed via wifi if 40-60, even if I am right next to the main hub! What can I do to change this?

Could be that's as fast as your phone can go.

If you want to check your WiFi throughput, you should do so with a desktop or laptop with a WiFi adapter with good specs.  For Orbi you need 802.11 ac, support for 80 MHz channel width, and a link rate of at least 867 Mbps on 5 GHz.
