What the @#$@#$$@# is wrong with ORBI APP iOS Logins?

What login do you use for the ORBI app on iOS for ipad and iphone?    I've tried my netgear account email and password and I get errors and i'm not able to login. Obvisouly the email password com...

    I faced the same issue on my iPad while the same app was working fine on my iPhone.

    whenever I tried to log in on Orbi App, it loads and go right back to the same log-in screen with ID and Password field.

    If it is the same case, I highly recommend you to delet the app and re-download and install it from the app store. 

    That was the only solution worked in my case.

Yes, still facing same issue. No login available aside from email address. And no matter how many times I reset the password, it returns an error. See attached pic plz.
