When are we getting a new fully featured firmware with stability and qos support?

Netgear,

You promised us a stable, fully featured firmware and qos support.  Where is it?  my device has frequent dos attacks, slow speds, no qos and spotty stability constantly.  I didn't pay $300 for that.  Please when is a fix coming?
