Wired devices not reachable when ISP fail but WIFI device still reachable.

Good day,

I have an issue with the orbi system at home. I will try to explain it. I am french though, pardon my tangled mind.

I have on the orbi router, ethernet wired, a mac mini and a synology NAS.

When the ISP fail ( quite often here, every couple of days ), I have no internet (obviously), but I still can access to the  wireless connected devices but both the NAS and the mac mini become not reachable.

They do not show either on the app under the "attached device list" but all the wireless devices, yes.

Then when the ISP fixe its problem (somehow) and the connection is back I can therefore access to the ethernet device.

Do anyone have an idea of what could give me this issue.

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem that the Orbi is connected too? Built in router here? 

If this has a router built in, do you have any devices connected to this modem by chance? If so, can you connect them ALL to the Orbi router? 

What FW version are you using on the Orbi system currently?

The orbi WAN is connected to a ubiquiti LiteBeam AC LBE-5AC-23

The Orbi itself is set as a router and the connection method is PPPoE.

All the device are connected to the orbi router.

FW V2.1.4.10

Was a factory reset performed after updating to v2.1.4.10? 

So if you pull the cable from the WAN port on the Orbi router, you can't access any wired devcies from wireless devices thru the router? 

NAS wired and Mini wireless?
