Wired slower than wireless

When connecting with a wired connection speed is about 2mbs. Wireless speed is 380mbps. This is a huge drop. Anyone know why? Using an Orbi system and wired connection to the sattelite unit. Firmware is up to date and no reason I can tell for the drop in speed.

Looks like it was a bad port on the back of the unit.
