Won't block Website

This ORBI is not blocking website or word phrases I tell it too. I can't block individual computers because of Spy bot Search and desytroy. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.......
It should be simple click advanced setting on ORBI go to block websites input the web address and there you go. It dosen't work though.
How do I get it to work. I have spent hours trying to figure this darn thing out!

Are these websites, by any chance, reached through https connections?  https encryptions are encrypted, so the Orbi cannot block them.

Hmmm.... yes they are. Well, that bites. Guess I'll unistall spybot and individually block them. Sigh...
