backup setting rbr50

when i try to backup config setting i get this and windows 11 save the file as   Unconfirmed 490311.crdownload .                 what should i do?

Wow.  Some interesting Windows settings.  I've never seen this. (Just tested saving configuration file on Windows 11. Works the same as it has for the past seven years.)

I understand that your RBR50 backup file has been marked as an unconfirmed download. This may be caused by the browser that you are using to install your backup file. Please try using another browser to download your RBR50 backup configuration file.
