connecting to a Spectrum modem/router combo
I just purchased a RBK43s -100nas to install on my Spectrum system. I have 450MB service and a Modem/wifi router combo from Spectrum. Will the Orbi RBK43s wifi router system work with the spectrum modem/router combo I have?
I know I don't need two routers but the spectrum system is a modem/router combo.
Thanks and would appreciate any advice

Re: connecting to a Spectrum modem/router combo
yes and no. running 2 routers puts you in a double nat and can cause issues. Here's your options to use it that route.
1. place the spectrum device in passthrough modem only mode. Its disables the wireless and routing functions and only works as a modem
or
2. Place the orbi in AP mode (access point). This disables its routing functions but still leaves its wireless and ethernet working. Some would advise turning off the spectrums wifi but as long as you place it on a different channel than the orbi, it could still be used.
