Does any one have the step by step instructions to convert an Orbi RBR40 to an RBS40? I've got a spare RBR40 that came as part of an RBK43 bundle hanging around and it would be more useful as a satellite.
Converting RBR to RBS isn't supported. You might do a search on reddit for this info on there as I had seen it on there. I would not recommend it unless you are skilled and have the experience to do this. Bricking your expensive RBR is possible.
yes, I know it's not supported, and the RBR is useless as it is since I am using an Orbi RBR50 as a router. I did check reddit and the instructions there were for an RBR50 > RBS50 conversion.
