I previously bought net gear products and found the customer service is horrible and they do not honor the warranty when an items fails in warranty. You will talk to someone in a foreign land with no technical knowledge. Save your money.

We strive to provide excellent customer service and do stand behind our warranties. Before replacing hardware under the limited hardware warranty we require a hardware check to verify that the issue is a hardware one. We also check the proof of purchase to verify warranty entitlement.
If you aren't happy with how a support case is being handled we can review the case notes to check if it is being handled correctly and also let support know of troubleshooting that has been done via the community.
