ORBI Router RBR20, Frameware Version is V2.3.5.36 . There is an update available for this router model. New version available is 2.5.0.2.
I have ORBI app on my iPhone which is not able to update. It will downlad update but cannot install update. I have tried reinstaling app on my iPhone. Nothing worked so far.

This is one of the most common problem user faces. I was having the same issue, so in order to resolve it, just follow the mentioned steps (it worked for me)
1. Un-install the app 2. Delete the cache and other files of the apps (do it via file manager) 3. Restart your phone 4. Re install the app

I tried uninstalling and installing app several times and each time I reased everything related to Orbi and rebooted my iPhone. I think updating firmware on wired PC is most efficient way.
