I've seen old threads on this but haven't seen a solution yet. I contacted help desk on this in May but never received a response. My iPad keeps intermittently getting disconnected. Earliest thread I saw on this was in January and figured there would be a fix after 6 months or at least a forecasted date when a fix might be released

Re: iOS Connectivity Issue
This is a known issue, hope the Beta Firmware being tested addresses this has been going on and well known since the very first Firmware.

Re: iOS Connectivity Issue
I've only had my system for 2-3 weeks, and I have a 6s Plus, a 6s, and an iPad on my local network.
I was running the .20 public release, which did have some periodic iOS dropouts. But now running the 1.12.0.16 beta (installed 2 days ago), and I'm no longer seeing iOS issues (at least that I've specifically noticed). I'm still seeing a few android dropoffs, but not like with the .20 release - it's gotten much better.

Re: iOS Connectivity Issue
According to Netgear Support, when I opened my ticket a couple of weeks ago, this is not a known issue.
They had me disconnect my satellite, which seems to have worked. We'll see what happens next. If they can't get it fixed soon, it's going back to Amazon.

Re: iOS Connectivity Issue
I have 5 iPhones (2 x 6s Plus, 6s, 2 x SE) on my orbi routher and have no drop out issues. I also MacBooks, Windows, PCs, Chromebooks and Sonos and have not had any drop out issues. Been running the Orbi since February 2017.
While my Orbi eperience has been good constnatly reading about these types of network and performance issues makes it hard for me to recommend the product. It would be helpful to get some definitive communication from Netgear about the nature of these problems. The orbi system is an investment. Not a $50 throw away piece of hardware.
