iPhone 12 not finding Orbi RBR20 but MacBook Air is connecting to it
Today my iPhone won't connect to the wifi. I have an RBR20 with 2 satellites. It is 2 1/2 years old. My macBook Air (2018) is connecting fine with the internet but my phone will not connect. When I open the Orbi app it says that it is unable to connect to the Router. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Re: iPhone 12 not finding Orbi RBR20 but MacBook Air is connecting to it
Hello @xteaguy17 ,
The issue that you are having with your iPhone may be linked to the private IP address feature enabled by default on your phone. Please disable the private IP address feature then connect to your RBR20.
To turn off the Private IP address please follow the directions listed below:
Open "Settings"
"Wi-Fi"
Select the "i" icon next to your connected network
Toggle off "Private Wi-Fi Address"
Best,
Kevin
