iPhone and iPad apps do not recognize Orbi router
I am having a hard time with this. The apps worked earlier, now they will not recognize the router. In fact the wi if connection is working fine. The router and satellite are working together. But ...

Possibly a double NAT issue from running a modem in router mode.
- The modem is new and is a Xfinity gigabyte and it does act as a WiFi router. The network has a different name from the Orbi network and I’ve disabled broadcasting the modem network. I can’t see how to disable the modems router function.
What is the solution?If you can’t find out how to turn the router into modem mode set the Orbi into access point mode.
