orbi and wireless printer

I am able to connect to the internet via wifi with my new orbi but cant connect to my wireless printer.

I followed the steps on the printer (idetify the network, enter password.

My computer says it is connected until I print--then it saus it is not connected.

You'll need to contact the mfr of the printer for help on this first.
