orbi not Compatible with Apple tv and spectrum RBS10
I purchased the orbi RBS10 to help with my kids wifi connection while they are doing online schooling. First problem I had was with the app saying that my router was offline. I called my cable/internet provider Spectrum and was told that the router was working and received help with connecting all my devices all but the Apple TV. When it comes to the Apple TV and Spectrum service it will not connect it gives and error APL-1999. Can anyone help me out . Thanks

ThanksI install all models of Orbi systems on Spectrum ISP systems with no issues. Apple TV is compatible.
You first need to reboot the router or modem that you are connecting to, then since you already tried to instal the Orbi, I would factory reset them and perform the install again. the easiest way is to use the app and follow the instructions for setting up the router then the satellites.
I Googled your error code and it appears that Spectrum and AppleTV app don't get along too well. Unfortunately I don't have Apple TV or I would check it for you.
