orbi router is staying magenta other two satelittes are green
rbk23 on the app shows the router is magenta and the other 2 satelites are green i have wifi and internet also it will not hook up to play station 4 for some reason
it started working all of a sudden and was able to connect to playstion didnt really do anything
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
firmware is V2.3.5.30 internet is bridge from another modem
What happens if you turn OFF the modem and RBR for 1 minute, then power ON the modem first and let it sync then power ON the RBR.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
Be sure to check the modems ISP service signal as well. If the RBR is connected to a bridged modem and the signal fails for any reason, the RBR may reflect this with the top ring appearing as PINK.it started working all of a sudden and was able to connect to playstion didnt really do anything
Possible ISP service issue. Something to have your ISP check out.
