"WiFi Not Detected" within Orbi App, but Internet Still Works

I have a OrbiRBR850 that has worked flawlessly since I installed. Today, I used the device control feature within the Orbi App to cut the internet to a child's device while in use. The request stalled several times. I then toggled several other connected (but not active) devices off and on without an issue. Shortly thereafter, my Obri app told my that WiFi is Not Detected and will not let me access my controls. I should state here that internet is not interrupted and my home WiFi is working just fine. When I use Anywhere Access to try to connect, it can find my router, and shows a gree dot next too it, but I also receive a pop-up that states the device is offline.

Nothing within my configuration changed, except that I tried to disconnect an active streaming device (fire stick, should that matter) and then Obri has began to tell me, incorrectly, that Wifi is Not Detected.  I've tried manually logging into the router through orbilogin.com and .net and both requests timeout (again, any other site still performs fine as internet is not disrupted)

How do I fix this? Seems like a Netgear SW bug that broke the connection in this process given the distinct up-down series of events.

Thank you

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

    Thank you.
