How do I hook up a rbk50 whole home wifi when I have an existing fiber router that is required in order for the TVs to work.

Having "two routers" often leads to frustration. Here's Netgears view: https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
The simplest thing to do is to use the Orbi web interface (http://orbilogin.net) user name "admin" password "password" (until you change it to something more secure). Navigate to Advanced Tab, Advanced Setup, Router/AP mode and change the Orbi to AP mode.
It will restart, and the primary router will be "in charge" of assigning IP addresses to all devices.
If the fiber router also provides WiFi, most of us would choose to turn that WiFi off to keep it from interfering with the strength of the Orbi WiFi signals.
