This is recent request and I've had the Orbi for 6 months or so.

What orbi models do you have?

What firmware is on them?

What modem are you connected to?

What's actually going on? your description was very brief and not very informative. We're not there and can't see whats going on so the more you can tell us (or screenshots) help immensely.
