AX4200 Best Settings
Hi all
I have a 6500 sq ft brick house. I just recently purchased:
1 Rbr750 router
5 rbs750 satellites (three are used outside in shielded areas for the yard)
All using wired backhaul.
I’ve noticed these removed some options like beam forming etc from the AX line?
What I’m seeing on my iPhone 11 Pro is great WiFi. Put in my pocket - walk to another room and it’s been disconnected. It doesn’t even auto join again until I go into settings and rejoin.
Any tips? My router is ATT in pass through mode.
Running Orbi settings
5G - channel 48
2g - channel 1
Short preamble
Any tips?

Re: AX4200 Best Settings
If it's not re-connecting, this maybe be a iOS issue, not Orbi issue. It's up to the phone to connect or re-connect to a wifi signal based on range, noise and signal levels.
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
Be sure that CTS and RTS values are changed to 2347 under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
