AX6000 (RBR850/RBS850) - Wifi constantly dropping from all devices

I have a consistent problem where wifi devices lose their wifi connection to my Orbi system multiple times per hour for 1-2 minutes at a time. This affects all kinds of devices (phones, laptops, Oculus, TVs), and it happens even if I'm sitting within 5 feet of a satellite with nothing in between. It's only a wifi problem. When I use a hardwired connection into any satellite, it's 100% reliable without any issues.
I've read that having the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands on the same SSID can cause this. On at least a few occasions where I've run into this issue, I've noticed that my device was switching between the bands. Is there a way to separate the SSIDs per frequency band? I couldn't find an option to do so.
My setup consists of a router plus 6 satellites (3 of which are hardwired) in a 9,500 sq ft home. The issue also happened when I only had four satallites (I added more thinking it would help). I'm running firmware version V4.6.7.13_2.1.9. The same issues happened on previous firmware versions as well. I have about 25 devices connected.

My setup consists of a router plus 6 satellites (3 of which are hardwired) in a 9,500 sq ft home. How are the RBS ethernet connected to the RBR? Directly or is there a patch panel or LAN switch in between? The issue also happened when I only had four satallites (I added more thinking it would help). I'm running firmware version V4.6.7.13_2.1.9. The same issues happened on previous firmware versions as well. You maybe over saturating your home with having too many RBS online as well. One RBR and I believe 3-4 RBS will cover a 10k sq ft home. I have about 25 devices connected.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
https://kb.netgear.com/31029/Where-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite 📡What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX (WiFi6 RBK 3,7,8 and 9 Series) products:

They were all connected wirelessly. I recently hardwired three of them through a new Netgear switch. I have the same issue before and after hardwiring a few of them.

Some are closer than 30ft. I'll try spacing them out more.

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many? There are some, but the signals are very weak. We're pretty far from our neighbors homes.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
No. The issue has continued to happen for the last three firmware updates.

Your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktopTry option #2 first.

I recommend doing a full on factory reset and setup from scratch. Bring all your RBS near or to the same room and synce them one at a time wireleslly to the router. Then place back in there remote locations.

Re: AX6000 (RBR850/RBS850) - Wifi constantly dropping from all devices
I moved one of my Satellites from a place where I had 2 close together to a separate part of the house where I had a weak signal. Now the satellites are more spread out, and my Oculus wifi connection has been solid (my Oculus is in the room where I had a weaker signal). I haven't had a chance to test the wifi in various areas of the house.
I had some connection issues when walking across the house with my MacBook, but I'm not as concerned about that as long as the wifi connection is stable when I'm stationary.
Thanks again for all your help! I'll try working off my laptop without a hardwire connection this week and see how it goes.

Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
