I am having the same issues with my RBR750 (2) satellites

Hello 

I am having the same issues with my RBR750 (2) satellites. It has the latest firmware.14 and I brought my two satellites right next to my router. I still cannot connect them even if I hardwired it will not identify. My power went out 2 days ago and has never came back on since then. I reset it multiple times and disconnected all devices using my router. Does anyone have idea?

Do you know if your system was ever updated to v.4.6.8.2 by chance? 

Wondering if it had been, that the RBR was downgraded automatically leaving the RBS not updated. This could cause FW out of sync problems.
